Seems pricey but seems like it could help to pin point cold pockets and holes. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device :uhuh: ProfessorM 07-19-2013, 04:39 PM Some spots in CCB gave up some decent numbers, not where I was though. Chatham friends did decent. I got 4.55. lb on Sunday for a couple fish so the guys that got good numbers got a real nice check. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device ProfessorM 07-19-2013, 04:49 PM Wrong. Last week outside the east end was loaded with big fish. M Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Inside had some real good fish too. I had last week off and fished the canal everyday and had real decent fishing every day, even into the afternoons with hardly a soul around. Bait was very abundant. There were a lot of birds working outside the east end and they did come in a few days. Definitely looked like something was happening out there. Hey Jay. Need to call you. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device macojoe 07-19-2013, 08:55 PM A guy i know sold a 50 pounder on tue, 15 other bass also. At the auction they went at $5.35 # tue!! down to $3.75 on wed. have heard from a few others that got 20's and high teens in numbers of fish. So they are there!! Jackbass 07-26-2013, 06:51 AM Friend of mine did over 2000 pounds this week. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Jackbass 07-26-2013, 06:59 AM "x location" is happening again! I'm crunching the bass I mean sick fishing! We did 1200 pounds on tues wed alone! All the bass on cape cod are "spotburn removed" now again! Mark, we did 603 yesterday by 9:30 am. 20# average I hope they seriously close commercial fishing! And this is from someone who makes 20,000 a year on them! We need to stop this rape! Seriously there is 10 million pounds of fish out there!" This is what he had to say Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device ProfessorM 07-26-2013, 07:04 AM Same as last year. I too agree with his request. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Jackbass 07-26-2013, 07:40 AM He makes a legitimate living on the water. Over the years my stance has shifted slightly. I would like to see the permitting regulated differently in this state. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Guppy 07-26-2013, 08:16 AM Ran out of the east end canal Wed eve (got soaked :) ), noticed a small fleet unloading behind Joe's, looked like descent numbers, assuming took from bay..... I dun no! Gup Back Beach 07-26-2013, 01:22 PM Just under 300K pounds reported as of today Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device MakoMike 07-26-2013, 01:44 PM Not to stir the pot or nothing, :) but if the stock is in so much trouble, as many of you seem to believe, how are these guys catching so many? Slipknot 07-26-2013, 03:36 PM because they are concentrated all in one area of cooler water like fishing in a barrel it doesn't mean that the bass as a whole are not in trouble, they are managed to get the maximum yeild, but they should also make sure the ages are equally spread out from babies to cows thefishingfreak 07-26-2013, 03:40 PM The price for mackerel is higher than bass now Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device ProfessorM 07-26-2013, 04:15 PM Chatham most likely. Probably didn't want to wait at the Atlantic truck. Not much happening in the bay so far. I'll bet the quota so far is a lot higher than that of which Mike stated.
