Multnomah County receives more money in federal grants to improve every kind of public servivce offered in that part of the country, with the various police agencys getting most of it. That being said, the studies performed and improvements in policing that have been made because of these funds received means every aspect of policing is studied with a fine tooth comb. Good parts and bad alike. What took place in regard to this young mans death will come out eventually, fully and completely. What an awful thing for the parents regardless. The difficulty raising children who become adults that simply can't comprehend reasoninhg thats come so easy to the rest of us. T & P's to them
