So, the attorney general of Michigan recently filed court papers allowing the city of Detroit to declare bankruptcy. Judge Rosemary Aquillina denied the bankruptcy petition.

Why did she do it? Did she cite relevant case law? Did she cite legal precedent? Nope. This judge ruled against the state of Michigan, IN HER OWN WORDS, in order to "honor" our Dear Leader Obama. Here is what the judge said.

“It’s cheating, sir, and it’s cheating good people who work,” the judge told assistant Attorney General Brian Devlin on Friday, adding that she will ensure that President Barack Obama gets a copy of her order. “It’s also not honoring the president, who took [Detroit’s auto companies] out of bankruptcy.”

This judge bases her decisions on what she believes will honor President Obama. A judge! So much for checks and balances, and so much for the separation of powers.

Wow.
