Its enough to frighten any small sea creature to death!!!:rotf2: I suggest wearing a paper bag with cutout eyes while catching! zimmy 08-09-2013, 02:09 PM a live box in saltwater is best. nextbest is ice in bottom of cooler, covered by a rackto prevent drowning and crabs on top. add moist seaweed or burlap. keep moist and cool Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device niko 08-09-2013, 02:14 PM Don't let them see that ugly mug! You might need a tie breaker....so I'm happy to help as well! :) flyvice11787 08-10-2013, 01:08 AM You can just leave them in a bucket covered with a damp towel in the coolest part of the house. If you have a large cooler with a drain plug, put them in that. Leave the drain plug open toss in a bag of ice and cover with a burlap bag or old towel. Put the crabs on top and close the cover. And if the wife is really cool about it, just empty a vegetable drawer in the fridge and dump the crabs right in and close. MakoMike 08-10-2013, 08:45 AM Just make sure you keep them cool and wet, but don't put them in enough water to drown them! niko 08-10-2013, 08:59 AM we have a challenge and i THINK  it should be thoroughly tested. i'll make a batch of mini crab cakes and horseraddish dipping sauce for the next s-b event. piemma 08-10-2013, 09:00 AM i'll make a batch of mini crab cakes and horseraddish dipping sauce for the next s-b event.
