When the charts say a -(minus) flow which direction: east to west OR west to east? Interested in early Fri morning traversing from CCB to Buzz Bay. Always want to go with the flow!

The west turn Friday is 0544 . You will be going with the direction of current heading from CCB to Buzz bay if you leave after/around that.
