View Full Version : Patriots.. afterhours 10-06-2013, 02:45 PM anyone else watching this less than stellar effort? OMG worst game I can remember.. The Dad Fisherman 10-06-2013, 03:57 PM Sadly....yes Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Raider Ronnie 10-06-2013, 04:17 PM Looked pretty good to me :uhuh: Saltheart 10-06-2013, 04:23 PM Yep , we looked bad today. IMO this game was the most evident of our lack of receivers. We also really missed Vince today. Oh well. We had lots of luck with all the chances to tie near the end but just didn't get it done. They got to Brady a lot too. Bottom line is we are lucky to be 4-1. I'm watching the Denver game now and Dallas manhandled them in the first quarter. I think Denver is do for an offensive explosion (Just got a TD now) but Romo is playing great for Dallas and if he keeps it up it will be a tight game. Raider Ronnie 10-06-2013, 05:44 PM 5 games, Wes Welker 7 TDs :buds: Raven 10-06-2013, 06:42 PM Cracked me Up seeing Kraft Junior yelling at his Dad to make the Call... Everything that happened made me Sooo ANGRY that i've decided only to watch recorded games where i know who won from now ON no sense blowing a head gasket over it iamskippy 10-06-2013, 08:51 PM Go CHEIFS! Happy for you to have your team doing so well..... but spell their name correctly..... Don't matter. Thats the 2nd team in line Obama has plans to change the name ! Watch out, Patriots are 3rd on his list !!! iamskippy 10-07-2013, 06:40 AM Really????? Happy for you to have your team doing so well..... but spell their name correctly..... I guess you dont recall the snickers commercial? Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device The Dad Fisherman 10-07-2013, 10:53 AM I guess you dont recall the snickers commercial? Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Great Googly Moogly....that was Chefs massbassman 10-07-2013, 12:04 PM I saw more offense at my sons Pop Warner game on Sat.!!:fury: Raider Ronnie 10-07-2013, 12:46 PM I saw more offense at my sons Pop Warner game on Sat.!!:fury: I much rather watch my boys play Pop Warner than nfl. Although Leo plays High school ball now. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Rockfish9 10-07-2013, 12:53 PM The red sox put up more points than the Pats....how sad is that... next week the Bruins might out score them...how the mighty have fallen.... i thought they signed Austin Cauley ( sp.) ...or did he have another concussion from the plane ride...I dont recall seeing him on the field. Slipknot 10-07-2013, 01:03 PM he has to read the playbook and practice with the team first Joe, it's not like baseball where you can just get right into the lineup. but you are right, we wonder when he is supposed to make a contribution........... the O line had just as bad a day as Brady did. I have faith that they will make it right iamskippy 10-07-2013, 01:12 PM Great Googly Moogly....that was Chefs Exactly! Love it! Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Fly Rod 10-07-2013, 07:00 PM if it were not for the Pat's I would not have won 300 bucks....going to have to flip a coin this week with them playing NO....we need some healthy tight ends and a running back .... Ridley was out and really have not seen Blount do much...never should have released Welker Slipknot 10-07-2013, 09:20 PM i.we need some healthy tight ends and a running back .... Ridley was out and really have not seen Blount do much...never should have released Welker didn't release welker, he was a free agent who took an offer elsewhere. :( Blount has been solid in that game there was a play near the end where Bolden dropped a pass, we sure could have used Shane Vereen there but he has a broken wrist or hand. The Dad Fisherman 10-08-2013, 05:00 AM didn't release welker, he was a free agent who took an offer elsewhere. :( Exactly.....Welker left because Welker wanted to...we didn't get rid of him. Fly Rod 10-08-2013, 08:30 AM UUUUUUU RRRRRRR correct about Welker...BUT!...... pats would not give him what he wanted and now he gets PO'd and goes to denver for about the same as pat's offer The Dad Fisherman 10-08-2013, 09:12 AM He left for less than the Pats offered him (with Incentives)....He wanted to go. Raven 10-08-2013, 09:46 AM IF YOU DON'T THINK BELECHICK is the Biggest control freak that EVER lived then you missed the BOAT Welker didn't leave the Pats he simply filed for a Divorce from Belechick's OBSESSIVE ........................... metal control..................... Raven 10-08-2013, 09:49 AM thats like saying married women outlive men why? because married men want to die i am a huge TDF fan tho just the same  The Dad Fisherman 10-08-2013, 10:45 AM Never said Belichik wasn't a Control freak.....he's a Super Control Freak. He's also a Proven head coach with his method. Coughlin is a Super Control Freak as well....lot of coaches are. Welker and Belichik had run their course and it happens....he's gone...move on The Iceman 6 10-08-2013, 02:32 PM Great Googly Moogly....that was Chefs Yup, great commercial and TDF nailed it. Rockfish9 10-09-2013, 11:49 AM he has to read the playbook and practice with the team first Joe, it's not like baseball where you can just get right into the lineup. but you are right, we wonder when he is supposed to make a contribution........... the O line had just as bad a day as Brady did. I have faith that they will make it right I figure he played with peyton the wonder boy.. he should be able to do better than what we have... Raven 10-12-2013, 02:14 PM Peyton the Wonderboy !!!! Leave it to Joe to Hit the nail Squarely on the head http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c66/ravenob1/TF2.png nightfighter 10-13-2013, 06:33 PM The best of times are behind us.... The Celts aren't the only team in town that is saddled with a clear lack of top tier talent across the roster. That last pick that Brady threw was horrible. nightfighter 10-13-2013, 06:38 PM ummmmm but they still have TB. That was unbelievable! Slipknot 10-16-2013, 11:14 AM Mayo out for the year :( I'm bummed, this really sucks first Wilfork, now Mayo and who knows how long for Talib Raven 10-16-2013, 02:00 PM holy Crap Now mayo too he was easily heading for MVP of 2013 geeesh Saltheart 10-16-2013, 02:21 PM Wilfork and Mayo are among the best in the league not just our team. Talib has been getting the job done like a probowler. Almost seems like the best are snake bit rather than random stuff. Man , how much damage can a team take! afterhours 10-16-2013, 08:50 PM I can't remember so many key injuries and gronks whatever you want to call it- I hear he's pissing off teammates by tearing it up in practice and saying he's not ready to play. Saltheart 10-17-2013, 09:08 AM A lot of people are saying he's been an animal in practice but won't get back in the saddle on game day. Ultimately its his decision though. He's the one who has to live with the long term consequences of injuries. Charleston 10-18-2013, 11:13 AM Bill Bellichick is giving Ryan acid reflux. Now the Jets will have to double cover Gronk while Thompkins and Dobson along with Edelman roam free. You just have to love it. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
