I've had a few rods under the deck for several months. Just went to put them in the cellar and the epoxy on the lami is covered in a white film. At first I thought it was just mold but you have to scrape it off. The Star rod next to it was clean as could be.

Is this from leaving it outside in the cold? I've left rods out all winter before with no problems.
