I'm doing fairly well this year on the Christmas tasks vs calendar front. I got gift certificates and have all the Christmas eve and day plans made. I still need to get my food for the Christmas day dinner gathering (I will be bringing appetizers , Shrimp Cocktail makings and some Scallops Wrapped in Bacon). I'm hoping for good weather so that I can go to another family thing later Christmas night. Its a little longer ride than other family gatherings so I won't go if its snowing or some other bad weather so I hope its clear.

So how is everybody fixed for Christmas must do's? Its only 9 days away! :)

About 1/2 to 2/3 the way done. Still a ton of stuff to do and this *&@#! weather is not making my life easier.
