It's public. If you have anything to say about the striped bass fishery in Rhode Island it will go on record.

Meeting will cover stock status, review of 2013 fishery, 2014 allocation, and a discussion to ban yo-yo fishing.

Metting is at the Corless Auditorium at the Graduate School of Oceanography. I think meeting begins at 6.
