Been there, and hiked all over those mountains several times. Rooftop Rodeo. Great restaurants. Stanley hotel, the movie The Shining, uncle of mine found the place during the 60's and bought quite a chunk of land, so''east side of town on a hillside overlooking the town, then retired there after 33 years in the air force.
