My wife is insisting that I get a mask that a professional would use to protect myself while spraying plugs. So where can I find a decent one? I am going to utilize the two fan motors I bought a few years ago and build a nice air filter box.

A respirator from Homies or Lowes will do. I've sprayed a lot of paint, oil based as well as latex, and always found them to be reliable.

Yep. A dual cartridge respirator is all you need.

Why take a risk?

I use two after I had some issues.

A. Toxic dust respirator I use with cutting, turning, jointing etc.
B. Fume and pesticide respirator for painting, lead, etc.

You can find them on Amazon for $20-$25 a piece. Keep them in large zip lock bags when not in use.

This survive air systems is the most comfortable. Very soft face seal. The 3m ones are good just make sure you assemble them good and tight. And keep them in there air tight bag at ALL times
