They're going to have to recast all of the kids eventually, too... The books take place in a relatively short timeframe, and the show is going to take at least five more years... More like eight-nine! The actors and actresses won't be kids anymore!

It is really good - if you have HBO watch it on HBO GO from the start. Books are better but 5 books of 7 are in print and they average about 1100 pages.

Its like an adult Lord of the Rings, Avengers, Gladiator, and soft porn all rolled up into one (if less nudity/sex I might let my kid watch it).

Ok so, based on recommendation from TDF and many other friends and family, I started watching GOT. I gave it two episodes and that's all I needed - I got through all previous seasons and caught up on this season in about a month!

Now I'm pissed there are only a few more episodes left!

I used to say the same thing, thought it was like a lord of rings geek thing, but it's not, it's just an amazing show. Watch it if you have the means!

Yes, the fight should just be amazing and now they have to do something about the Queen - but she is just so damn evil I'm sure they will let her live for a little while more!
