LMAO, Paul.
Don't overtighten the blade and slow down your strokes. Also, use a pencil to mark the line you want to cope. Much easier to see and correct during cut. Let the saw do its work.....

You do have the teeth of the blade pointing forward, right? It should be a push cut. What profile are you coping?

you are too used to all power tools and machines at work
nothing wrong with using a hand tool once in a while
at least you are coping and not just inside mitering
have fun tiling, use knee pads

Lol. I was just whinning. I am doing inside corner baseboards and it has been a while. I got the hang of it by end of day so next day will go much smoother.

Good one Dave but I see that day coming in the future. That is the problem with mid 50's you can start seeing the writing on the wall much clearer, even if you need to be wearing glasses.
