I am selling my favorite Lami to help a good friend. The rod a 1 piece 10' factory built 1201m 2-6 Super Surf. I have owned it for 3 seasons and it is my go to rod for most fishing. I would like to get 200 for it. It is a one piece so more than likely going to have to meet in person to exchange.

The proceeds of the sale are going to support a very good friend who is in need of brain surgery. He had a nearly fatal car accident 20 years ago which has left him with epilepsy. His seizures have grown so severe that he has been placed into medically induced comas and has nearly cashed it in twice over the past year. He is a 39 year old father of 4 who needs to continue on this journey we call life. So if someone is in need of a great rod. I will be glad to give it up for a great cause.

If any one would like to contribute you can do so here. Thanks for looking guys

From Gregg!

"Im overwhelmed over what you have put together to help out my fundraiser. The Dr's are scooping in my dirt, grabbing some worms to land my lunker so I can stop fishing out ~ if you can catch my drift. The date will be scheduled for this summer. I'm casting out a huge thanks to all those that have contributed and please continue to share the message with your family and friends. Many thanks once again. "

I'm going to give this a bump.

At noon today, I lost a fraternity brother in Scituate to brain cancer. He was only 56. I was going to see him Saturday but was told he was non-responsive. I hadn't seen him since the onset of the cancer and never got to say good bye. My loss. For some reason, this story about Gregg grabbed me, and I felt I had to do something to help Jackbass raise some dough for someone we can help.

Pay attention to your friends and family. Life is precious, and short.

Yep. Sucks. Also lost another childhood friend on Saturday. 59. Wife found him when she came home from work. Either heart attack or aneurism. Both services are at the same time....
Every day we're not room temperature is a good day. All the more reason to see more folks help out Gregg's cause, or others they may know need help......
