It's bad enough that the system is once again showing how flawed it is when a repeat offender is caught once again!!!

What really kills me is her mug shot.

If you exclude here 80's hairdo (It's either the decade or her age), she look EXACTLY like YODA!:biglaugh:

Something I rdmembrred the other day mowing was that this guy blew a .36 bac and was proud as a peacock.

I hear that and I wonder "How much more successful could they have been if they were functioning "non-alcoholics"??? :confused:

And the key component with each of these incidents is that they will blame everyone and everything else for their self-inflicted troubles.
