Does anyone know of someone that had a vehicle broken into while surfcasting?

I personally do not, but there was a bad streak in Narragansett a few years ago. Black Point and the avenues were hit most nights. Not broken windows but unlocked cars and the back if pickup trucks.

I got warned by a cop a few years ago at the Avenues about the thief's. I have a buddy who wont fish there anymore, got smashed and grabbed twice. IT happened like 20 years ago and he still wont fish it on principal.
