You were thinking you'd rather be fishing than whatever you happened to have been doing.

Was it something about getting a haricut?

oh thats easy

you just say these several sayings

i will remember....it's coming to me...my memory is excellent
then purposely think of something completely different
trying not to force an answer or to recollect the lost subject
and then repeat the phrases a few more times
go back to the other subject and it'll pop back into focus
don't force it ...is the "key"

You probably heard a seagull cry as it flew overhead, or the water in any appliance in the house "gurgle" and you thought it was a bass gulping down sand eels, or maybe someone drove by with a squaky fan belt or failing brakes and you thought it was the drag screaming on a brand new reel?

Or it could be the effects of a wacky Wednesday and the summer heat.

Heck, maybe you just getting old and need some "fresh air" to clear out the cobwebs???

Funny how the older we get the more and more our "train of thought" resembles an Amtrak train.

Runs behind schedule and easily derailed.
