Because this is fuel for the liberal media against the NRA and legal law abiding gun owners.
One nut job goes off killing people senselessly and the call goes out for banning guns, more gun control laws, etc......

90% of the crimes being committed by one social class. Clearly this is a reflection of a failed war on poverty. blaming the guns will never correct it.
Make people earn their living. Make prisons a place you don't want to be and where they serve dogfish for dinner every night.
