Ask mike Laptew. He got one about a year ago and while I know he doesn't want to part with her, he could share who the breeder was.

Appreciative is a understatement,
I had no idea that show dogs live day and night in a kennel , never get hugs or a ball or a drink from a hose.

Enjoy! ..and I agree - I rather hang with my dog over most people.

Old but still awesome.

rescue dogs are the way to go!

we have 3 dogs now, 2 were rescued as puppies and the newest addition is about a 1 year old, all mixed breeds and all the best dogs ever, so much love and attention.

the newest one, is a westie/yorkie mix, hes a lil ball of fire, chasing and playing with a 75lb pit/boxer mix and 120lb lab/collie mix, he keeps them in line, its pretty funny to watch, 2 dogs that could easily crush him in anumber of ways run away from him or give up when he takes their toys away.

you can tell he loves not being in a shelter and follows us around like a shadow.

i would never consider buying a dog after having these 2 guys/a girl in my life. unless it was a hunting dog/special needs dog or a very reputable breeder.

its sad to see how many great dogs are just waiting for home in the shelters.

glad you were able to find a great dog peter and im sure the dog feels that same way.

Unfortunately, I'm starting the search for another rescue shepherd.!

We helped my best buddy over the Rainbow Bridge last night. I can't feel more alone right now without him beside me, although his fur will probably never leave me!

If anyone hears of a shepherd in need of rescue PM me
