Hey guys, not looking for exact info, and i usually wouldnt ask, but a point in a direction would be helpful. I have a place in orleans next week, and got a mooring at nauset marine. i have a 22' CC. I have 2 days to fish and would like to make the most of it. Dont know the area at all, except for charts ive been looking at. Is there any decent fishing early mornings in pleasant bay or do i have to go out front? A PM would be nice. If you ever come to fish NPT i will gladly return the favor. Thanks in advance.

Pleasant Bay is dead this time of year. Used to be good in May/June pre-seals. Working South Beach to the end can be productive on an outgoing tide, beginning of incoming if the seals don't take over. Monomoy is a killer spot by boat. Fish slug-gos weightless or with a jig head, and vertical jig crippled herrings and diamond jigs in the rips. Good luck!
