The only thing that compares to the "yuck" factor with that is the pollen cover in the spring.
When tree pollen starts to decay in/on the water it is completely disgusting. Made me think that someone's septic system had failed, only it smelled that way all along the river!
Luckily the pollen doesn't completely shut off the fishing, but you need a strong stomach if there's no breeze to move the stench along.

Sewage...it isn't rain that is the enemy of Bass but HUMANS

seems like it shouldn't be that hard to
process solid waste into bricks that can be
shipped away to high ground and the tank store
the rest....
makes no sense to me that we have the richest
manure for making methane and instead it's being
wasted.
sewage treatment plants are outdated technology
it's time to make ALGAE farms instead
