I didn't agree with everything he did, but do believe he always had the city's best interests at heart. RIP Mayor Menino.

I loved hearing him talk. He was a funny guy with a heart for the city.

3X that

I drive by his house every morning driving mom to work.
He, unlike most of our "illustrious, illuminating and worthless (so-called) leaders was a true "Man of the People!
You may not have liked things he did, but you could never really hate the man!

Most politicians in this state aren't fit to lick the bottoms of his shoes, let alone fill them!

Only time will tell if Marty can carry on in that same fashion.

My neighbor has a "Wess Wekler" pats jersey.

I met the mayor in the dunks on state street back in 02',03'. He was a regular guy.

Give him huge credit for doing what he did and only guessing that he had someone pull the plug.
May he RIP and God Bless
