My streak continues - skunked in my local surf last night. One of the very few times we've had pea soup fog all season.
Sea of Atlas 11-12-2014, 11:29 AM Here's one for the Numbskull...16" one of a few caught at Napatree yesterday. It was a nice day to travel down from Maine.

PaulS 11-13-2014, 08:01 AM 38" on a yellow SS darter last night. Lost a larger one when the stock hook broke when I grabbed the plug. Teach me not to replace the hooks w/VMCs.

Paul - keep an eye out for the old Mustad trebles 3561Es - with cadmium plating and tinned. I still prefer these to VMCs but they're discontinued due to the cadmium. I usually find them at fishing club flea markets over the winter months.
Rob Rockcrawler 11-19-2014, 07:52 PM Spent a few days on block, had a pick of fish for a couple days then the friggin vortex hit. Got an 18lber on an Afterhours needle, favorite plug out there by far. Probably the best looking fish i caught all year. Dark with that purplish glow to it.
Slipknot 11-20-2014, 09:41 AM no pic but i did get a 12" on a small numbskull darter
rphud 11-20-2014, 11:57 AM seems fitting

Rappin Mikey 11-23-2014, 11:59 AM Maybe the numbskull for being a numbskull on the ice this early? It was the solid stuff though. Somebody actually had been there before me this year. Russianssss!!!
Rob Rockcrawler 11-23-2014, 05:59 PM I heard someone say they were going ice fishing this weekend in MA, i thought they were crazy. Apparently not, nice fish.
JohnR 11-27-2014, 10:35 AM Winding up? Do we need to wrap this one today and run a new one for a couple more weeks?
