Janice "A$$-lips" #^&#^&#^&#^&enson is now claiming that she was a victim of Bill Cosby decades ago.

Now I don't want to sound like a callus, uncaring sot, but how can you prove something that they claim happened 30-50 years ago?
It sounds more like she's looking for a quick sleazy paycheck to add more A$$ to her face (since her "supermodel" days are now a dot in the rearview mirror).

If the accusations can be proven, then by all means, proceed with the legal actions.

If it is proven that these accusers are lying, they should be ripped a new one just for spite AND......these money-grubbing ho's should be made to broadcast a public apaology that THEY will have to pay for!!!

In the world of the "trial by public opinion", the mere fact of an accusation causes weak-minded individuals to automatically say "He/she is guilty" and ends up ruining his/her career and reputation , while the accuser, when found out to be lying or mistaken, just moves on to the next plot/scam/accusation.

Eight women so far this time have come forward. One newspaper said that makes a total of sixteen different woman to accuse him in total.

I hate to say it as while not an idol, he was someone I respected.

Nothing concrete yet but there is a lot of smoke, like there is fire too

Statute of limitations was up decades ago........if there is truth to it the best they can do is have one hell of a smear campaign! But I will say...if Cosby is innocent....then why not sue these women for defamation of character and clear your name???

When that many women come forward there would be a presumption of guilt....30 -40 years ago nobody cared if a woman was raped and in most cases back then it was the woman's fault for the way she dressed or looked.

He is guilty of one rape....he paid out of court settlement to one woman, therefore that is the presumption of guilt.....Y would U pay if innocent?

"With Bill Cosby's rape allegations once again in the headlines, some of his old jokes are now being unearthed and scrutinized.

After two women have recently come forward claiming to have been drugged and raped by the comedian, a joke from Cosby's 1969 album It's True! It's True! has been making the rounds. In the stand-up recording, he recounts a story of being a 13-year-old boy and learning that (allegedly) when you slip "Spanish fly" into a woman's drink, it will make her more susceptible to a men's advances.

"From then on, anytime you see a girl, 'Wish I had some Spanish fly,'" Cosby is heard saying in his 1969 act. "Go to a party, see five girls standing alone. Boy, if I had a whole jug of Spanish fly I'd light that corner up over there. Haaa ha ha."

Well considering that it may be costly to your career to defend yourself even though you are innocent, because once word gets out that you were "accused" of the crime, the jury of public opinion will raise it's ugly head and your job/career is soon a distant memory.

Tell me how many people that were charged with that type of violent crime (rape, indecent assault, child molestation) and are found innocent by the courts, how many of them still had a job after the case is over???

Usually NONE!

Once an employer gets wind of the allegations and accusations they tend to had a staffing issue that causes the "accuses" to suddenly be out of work.

Do they rehire the innocent victim of wrongful lawsuit?

Nah, they just ignore the fact that they treated him/her like dirt just to protect their image.

That's why people tend to pay first instead of going to trial.
In the long run it's less costly.

And that's probably why so many more "accusers" are coming forward now. They want their payouts....period!
(They could have come forward years ago but didn't....WHY???)

Fisherman Tim, I say he's guilty...lets look at the facts...He's pushing the Spanish Fly in his jokes and on the Cosby show his caricature Dr. Heathcliff
Huxtable was a gynecologist, What else is there really to say!

On a serious note, it's very
common for a victim to not come forward, especially back then.
