Anyone going to Liberty Cedar soon, need some full 2 x 4 stock .

You might want to look at 2x6 as I get less waste milling those out.they do have cut offs avail from time to time if your lucky. it's the luck of the timing.

Not to hijack your thread but is there a big difference between the cedar 2x4’s or 2x6’s that Lowes sells and what you get from Liberty Cedar? I thought about picking some up at Lowes and cutting them down for plugs but I haven’t needed the wood yet for what I’ve been building.

From what i have seen the stuff at lowes is for fencing and is fulk on.knots.

Didn't mention it but I need AYC, only thing I can get down here is the 1.5" balusters.

Got plenty of the 1.5", it's the full 2" stuff that is impossible to find down here....but thanks for the offer :)

I mentioned where to go. Liberty is too expensive IMO. Where I said to go buys by the train load sent direct to him from west coast. Cheaper and higher quality and pretty sure he will cut to size you need.
