How do I reduce an image if I don't have photoshop or how do I set the image as a webpage! Please be clear I'm really slow.

You can download Graphic Workshop Professional (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/alchemy.html) from Alchemy Mindworks. It's a great program to organize your pictures and I use it to manipulate size etc on my pictures. It's the full version that you can download and they do not cripple the program after 30 days like most (trial ware). If you like it and would like to buy it it costs $40.00 but I know guys that are using it after a year. After the 30 day trial period it has a splash screen that stays on your screen for 20 ? seconds before the program comes up. I attached a printscreen that I did of my screen, I pasted the printscreen in paint and reduced the picture in GWP.
