Have to figure out a plan of attack for this ice fall.... I do not want to be near it when it breaks free.
Two shots from inside a client's house, BEFORE we got his roof shoveled. He's in Florida and was a little un-nerved by these pictures and a couple others I sent him.....

would be cool to have such a device about now.....
it's a total white out.... i noticed the antique tractor in this picture
that NEVER gets covered is just about engulfed this morning.
it's at the base of that big tree way over there.
The snow is going in the opposite direction this storm N-> S
and the "i love snow" dog refuses to step outside.

My house is fine but the sun room has a shed roof and I have been raking it.

It turned from the winter that wasn't, into the winter from hell, another 3+hours behind the snowblower yesterday. I live a driver and sand wedge from white horse beach in Plymouth and with winds and light snow of that magnitude, I'm moving drifts that are 4 to 6 feet in places. You know it's turned bad, when for the first time since I've been here I see a line of ice and snow out in front of the beach. Digging out my wood pile to replenish what is on the deck bin has become a challenge and weekly event.
