after the PI surfcasters meeting... Nancy and I had dinner at a local restaurant.... the waiter saw my hat and and asked if I could ID something for him he inherited in an estate sale....

I only has the #13 on it and is about 2' long with glass eyes I know it is a display plug ... but does anyone have an idea who might have made it ...
