Will not own a game thing ever. Having an I Pad with educational stuff on it is fun enough(my oldest is 4 in May) my 4 year old can spell phonetically, she writes her name and other stuff easy things, like Cat etc. But at 4 that's pretty good. Kid has a real imagination, not imaginary stuff pushed on her.
I honestly can see a difference between her and some of her cousins(who are great kids) She can play for hours with almost nothing. Tea parties, princesses, family with her stuffed animals. Simply because we limit her interaction with TV video games etc. It's funny to watch her.
