The government just wants to know who has guns , they don't care if you have paperwork. They will have it all on a computer. People that use them to put a cap in somebody's ass won't be filling out the paperwork.

Paperwork doesn't matter. All you need is the serial # and both liscense holders need their pin #....simple.
