JohnR 04-15-2015, 11:02 AM Good, the justice system worked. Jackbass 04-15-2015, 12:02 PM Not looking so smug now. What a world class idiot Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device PaulS 04-15-2015, 12:37 PM Yes an idiot. Could have had enough $ to do what he wanted for the rest of his life. How did he get sentenced so quick? Does the judge usually sentence someone right then and there? Was it bc there was no death sentence as a possiblility - which I think the jury decides. Raven 04-15-2015, 12:57 PM he live at da jail Raider Ronnie 04-15-2015, 01:03 PM I think we can put to bed the Raiders being the criminal element of the league talk. Guys like that become hero's to those guys. buckman 04-15-2015, 01:30 PM Enjoy your cell loser. He got sentenced quickly because they carry a mandatory sentence Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device The Dad Fisherman 04-15-2015, 03:40 PM Murder 1 = Life without parole - Mandatory sentence. They took awhile because they had 3 choices, Murder 1, Murder 2, or not guilty. So they had to deliberate the circumstances to make sure it applied to murder 1 Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device The Dad Fisherman 04-15-2015, 03:41 PM I think we can put to bed the Raiders being the criminal element of the league talk. Waste of time granting her immunity. She didn't help the prosecution. zacs 04-15-2015, 04:36 PM I think we can put to bed the Raiders being the criminal element of the league talk. Her answer that she doesn't recall where the dumpster was that she through the gun in smells like last weeks cabbage. I heard the jury instructions and she didn't instruct them on second degree. When they asked the jury for the verdict they asked them if he was guilty of murder, guilty of murder in the second degree, or not guilty. Then they read the verdict.....that's where I got it from. Might just be a standard way of asking for that type of verdict. That's why I had made a comment previously that he should'nt be placed in gen pop. Vic, I love ya but, AH wasn't a gangster, he was a wannabe. He's big and tall but has no real affiliations with any real gangs inside. If he happens to make it to a real gang/segregated prison, (which he probably won't) he would have many problems. 1st problem would be which gang does he belong to?
