I am looking for a charter for fathers day weekend. I have been taking my son for the past couple years and this year the boat we usually go on is not sailing that weekend. Looking for a tripfor 4 people...my son and I and my buddy and his dad. Chasing striped fish. Don't want to break the bank but I know you get what you pay for. Just thought I'd ask here because you guys seem to know everything.

Niko - Deep Thinkers Charters

I went out with him with my 3 boys and had a blast.

This was a donated trip that Niko gave away at last year's S-B TFCTGF night raffle and he gave another one this year.

For a donated trip he didn't skimp on bait, gas or time. We were out from dawn to dusk. No matter what species you are going after with Niko you will not be disappointed. My boys are 12, 14 and 18 and he was great with all of them.

Nice new boat too, 23 foot Parker with a Yamaha 250 4 stroke on the back - those things will troll at a slow walk. He knows all the boat ramps around and will trailer to anywhere there are fish.

My boys truly had a day they will remember for a lifetime.

If you want to give a little back to a S-B supporter and have a great day fishing PM Niko, you will not be disappointed.

Tough choice given the selections,,,
Been out with both Mike ( Fishbucket) and Paul (Niko - Deep Thinkers Charters). Both extremely knowable fisherman. Also both boats kick arz,, different styles but both a fun ride. (Fish magnets 😀 )

Have a great day with the Son and friends

Everyone mentioned here is good and S-B Sponsors - Niko and I are going to get around getting him aboard so he is for all intents and official SB sponsor too.

BTW - Freak mentions Livelining Macs for bass - if you have never done this I highly recommend it, especially as first you typically fish for the bait which itself is a blast and simply some of the best bass fishing from a boat you will find.

Those are all good choices. I'll be out on the water that whole week before with DadBomba. There's lots of macks where we go, we don't use them though.:whackin:

As Freak mentioned, thats a perfect time to come north of the Cape.
This was my trip last fathers day.
Father, Mother, 2 sons 8 & 10 and their grandfather.
Lots of 15-20 lb fish and the biggest of the day 45# 48in brought to the boat by the 2 boys taking turns on the rod.
