Problem with Taxidermists

Over a year ago I sent in a Curled Horn Ram to have it mounted I have tried to call the taxidermist 4 times and he will not return any of my calls. Another customer has been waiting for 2 years for 2 Striped Bass from the same guy and he will not return his calls either.
I figured he might read this since he is a member of this board or at least was. All we want is to know how much longer.

Have any of you guys had problems with taxidermist before.

Like I said I tried to call and if this does not work I will post who he is.

Sounds like he must be located on Nantucket.

If he is twice the fee of anyone else and exhibits that kind of work ethic he is definetly out here........:smash:

Would he be from Marshfield area? My buddy used a woman from Pembrok, name escapes me, she was on time, and did one beautiful shoulder mount on his 8 pt.

My Father in Law uses someone local to us in Tiverton who does fantastic work if you need any future references...

that really sux! sorry to hear one of your prized catches is god knows where and it sounds like you will probably never see it again....:(


while we are on the subject....for you bird hunters....hubby had a merganser done by a guy (in this area but well worth it) he specializes in JUST BIRDS...turkey, ducks you name it.... he does beautiful work....I dont remeber the name off hand but I know we have his card here somewhere if youre interested....

forgot to mention that his prices are so decent you will think he does shabby work! NOT SO!
