Nothing is definite, but if I was to have a place down the Cape in Wellfleet in September, and was thinking of having a fish-a-thon and inviting some of you folks to spend a couple of days doing nothing but fishing, talking fishing, and more fishing and also having a bar-b-q cooking some of the fish we catch, how many of you might think that was a good idea and be interested in joining me?:uhuh: It would be a weekend where we could just forget everything else in life for a day or two, and just do what we love to do. Maybe get a pool together with the pot going to the person with the biggest bass. A small fee would be charged, with a limit on how many people could attend (due to space limitations)

Sounds good to me!!! I am usually in Truro on the 3rd or 4th weekend in Sept, fishing fishing and fishing. It would be great to meet the poeple behind the posts!

Fall? This year blows for me, very little fishing and I need waders just to get threw the daily bs. I can't believe this summer is almost half over and I've fished my usual water 3 times:(. I can only hope to have some time soon as the house goes on the market next week.

Now that's over it's off job hunting next. I'm still hoping for a quick house sale, so I can justify a few weeks of serious fishing. I'm thinking a week in Maine right after the first chill hits and the smallies go on the feed for winter. Then right after would be the start of our fall run and maybe a non-stop fish-a-thon.

Well I can dream can't I:). By now I'd have fished many times with many of my SB friends, I'll have to make some calls soon. Tomorrow I'm headed to Maine for 4 days of camping and fishing and unwinding.

Put me on the September. I would like to go. What will it be? Plugging?

Sounds like fun. I'm interested depending on the time in September. I'll be stgaying in Oak Bluffs once the derby starts which is a bit of a hall to Wellfleet.

Nothing is etched in stone yet but it seems like the first or second weekend in September is a possibility, Friday and Saturday night is also a possibility for those interested. More details in the coming week.:bounce: :drool:
