My wife's family has a time share in Newport at the Wyndham resorts on Thames street they are looking to rent this August.

Dates are Friday August 7th to Friday August 14th

Rate is $1500 for the week, or Friday August 7th to Sunday the 9th for $550.

$1,500 is now what the maintance/annual fees are per year.

two bedroom unit, one bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with jacuzzi, other bedroom has two full size beds

2 decks, one on each end of the unit

ocean views, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer in unit, cable and wifi

indoor and outdoor heated pools, swing set, volleyball, grill area

Includes 2 parking spots, secure parking lot with security guard.

sleeps 6 very comfortably.

Close to all shops and restaurants, mansions, ocean drive, etc.

Maintenance fees are ridiculous, such a scam. But to rent that unit for $1,500 in August is a STEAL! Perfect for 2 families to split. That place is immaculate and big pimping! If nobody wants it here Chris feel free to draw up a flyer and I'll put it in my shops. It will get stolen quickly.
