Also what is the expiration date on this seat? Mike spence 08-17-2015, 10:39 AM I can send a photo if you'd like. Funny, I didn't even know car seats had expiration dates. We bought this one in 2012 so according to Britax should be good until 2019. wrench 08-17-2015, 01:26 PM Spence, Yes photo would be great and if you could verify that expiration date on the seat. Thanks. Mike spence 08-19-2015, 04:52 PM Here's a pic. The seat doesn't appear to have an expiration date on it. It does have the date of manufacture (11/2011) and the Britax website indicates a 7 year service life. RIROCKHOUND 08-19-2015, 07:30 PM Here's a pic. We looked into this w/ some used seats. It is 7 years. Apparently, it uas to do with UV degradation of the straps and hardware. wrench 08-22-2015, 08:22 PM Unfortunately I'm going to not be taking this car seat. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device spence 08-30-2015, 07:52 AM Bump for Sunday. I'll also throw in a nice Maclaren stroller. Will also consider just gifting if anyone knows a mother who could use some help. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
