I see a 10 fish max for the boat? Doe sthat apply to charters? How would that work on the party boats like the Frances fleet?

I was thinking of taking my son, that's why I asked the question. Just checked, Frances fleet website says the limit is 6 fish per man, doesn't say anything aboutthe cap on the boat. So I assumed they were exempt from th eboat maximum of 10...
