While out in Chicago visiting my wife's family I did some research on some craft beer pubs. To my good fortune I discovered a place only two miles away that was serving one of the "holy grail" hard to find IPAs - Three Floyd's Zombie Dust. http://www.3floyds.com/beer/zombie-dust/
Apparently the pubs owner gets a keg or two weekly and its almost always on the menu for part of the week much to my good fortune! As smooth an IPA as I've ever tasted - very drinkable at 6.2% ABV and very rare outside Indiana from what I was told. Seek it out.
The beer list at the pub:

Or.. Come have some at chateau Nebe next time he makes a clone of it :hihi:

I'd love to try it Eben - give me a heads up. I also told my daughter to bring some Bells Two Hearted Ale when she comes home for Thanksgiving.
Love the 2 hearted !

I was disappointed by 2 hearted, but I think I might have just expected too much. It was really good, I just expected great. That's the problem with some of these beers that get built up too much. That an I compare them against the big, juicy ipas and double ipas from trillium, hill farmstead, etc.

Bells 2 Hearted is a great beer, but who would put it on the elite level?
I love it like I love Sierra Nevada pale ale. It's a smooth drinkable IPA.

I agree that it's in that class. Gets a lot of hype and high ratings so I expected more, which is my bad.
