Watched an episode of Knife Fight on Esquire network yesterday and they were cooking black sea bass. Pretty cool show, had had the fish live in a tank. Unfortunately, i couldn't find it on demand. I'm no chef just a good simple cook. Check it out if you can, considering how many sea bass are around finding new ways to cook em is a good thing.

I had one for dinner last night,outstanding!
