View Full Version : Boston EMS Grad
Got Stripers 12-22-2015, 08:27 AM Proud to pin a badge on my middle son yesterday with the mayor watching. Winked at Marty and said if I stick him, at least we have some help close by. A tough academy and he finally has the job he has been working so hard to get into.

Got Stripers 12-22-2015, 04:52 PM He is working for Boston EMS and he's already seen some crazy stuff in just the academy, but that's what he loves doing, but I don't want to hear all the stories.

Raven 12-23-2015, 07:36 AM allot of dedicated hard work to achieve that honor
you must be very proud
JohnR 12-23-2015, 08:37 AM Excellent!
Raider Ronnie 12-23-2015, 10:24 PM Hope he stays safe.
Certain parts of the city it's a real dangerous job.
Had a guy a few years back driving one of my plow trucks for a few winters.
He was a Boston EMT and had enough with doing that job in Boston after he got stabbed for the 2nd time.
Drugs related calls were a big % of the calls they went on.
Pretty sad when you got to wear a bullet proof vest to work doing a job to save people's lives.
