that's the same for many shark species we have around here- I remember brown sharks in particular having that same characteristic, making them inedible (at least in the US.... maybe not so much in south korea?)

It might just be myself...but that sounds like awesome munchies food!!!

I love kimchee but... No way. Maybe if I was on a life raft or something ....
