I am going to Portland on next Monday for fishing. I want to know if it's possible for me to use lures (plugs and jigs) on the pier. I know that that place is a mackerel mecca. Is anyone from Portland here? If so, then would one of you like to meet me? I will be wearing a pair of hearing aids. I went there once. I used baits there, but I want to know the possibility of using plugs there.
