It's such a joke. This ruling had nothing to do with innocence or guilt, it was simple stating that Goodell had the authority under the CBA to levy the punishment...for a crime that's been disproved beyond any reasonable measure.

No I would not just accept it actually he was not found guilty by the 3 judge panel of deflating....the ruling came from a 3 judge panel of which 2 agreed with goodell based on their decision, the judges did not consider the underlying facts of the case, looked solely at whether Goodell, as arbitrator, acted in the spirit of the collective bargaining agreement.....lets get ready to play football....:)
