The S-B annual trip is just over three weeks away. Space available. This is last call before I release rooms back to the club.

For some reason, this has been like pulling teeth this year.... I get that people are busy with kids, sports, etc, but really surprised at the lack of interest. In years past we had waiting lists.... Either way, it is always a good time.

Yes - and you would kill 'em!

Kevin and Rob brought theirs out a few years ago IIRC.

Yes. You in?

I have some stuff scheduled for work, and I don't think I can get out of it. I'm going to think hard on this for a day. I'd love to go. That island is dear to me.

We stay at the Cuttyhunk Fishing Club, Catch a small ferry from New Bedford. Everyone brings food, gear (usually people bring too much gear)

I've brought mine out there a couple of times.

One year me, Matt, and Chris pulled into Churches beach at night and there were about 2 dozen drunk chicks skinny dipping at the time.....pleasant surprise :hee:

for those that haven't been - this really is an amazing trip and you'd be hard pressed to do it for cheaper on your own.

We are currently at eleven. Ten if the Boss's back doesn't get better.

Commitment time is NOW, as I will have to turn back beds next week.

I am definitely in....

It will be my first time and I have heard great things about that island.
I only have one surf rod reel (Stella 10000 on 11' Century) so can't bring any spares but will bring extra line.

I do have a nice St. Croix with a Saragosa w/30# braid and have always wanted to catch a Striper on that lighter spinning setup, wonder if I should bring or not.

really looking forward to all aspects of the trip.... fishing, the sights and meeting first hand some of the SBC members.
