View Full Version : Greetings from Texas
RIJIMMY 06-13-2016, 02:06 PM Sheeeeet. its been forever. Browsed the fishing section and man, nothing changes. Good to see a lot of familiar names!
Its about 4 years to the day we moved to TX. Honestly, everything is great. We love it here. Family is healthy and active, my daughter is playing lacrosse, entering HS next year, my son soccer, entering 7th grade. Both sports are year round. I've gotten into crazy shape and run road, trail and obstacle course races. I went from 238 to 165 and have kept it off for 3 years. We keep pretty busy travelling and going out locally. Lots of good food down here and the craft beer craze is in full swing and we enjoy visiting local breweries. All is well.
I fish now and then but dont have much time. I dont miss the ocean as much as I thought I would. How is everyone? Im afraid to visit the political forum :love::love:.......not sure I'd have much to say.

RIJ, nice to see you around. Sounds like Texas is treating you well, at least no stripers to try and tackle in the surf:scream:

Bry, "everyday is Saturday". I have fished all but one day since mid-May. Jeanne thinks I have regressed back to when you and I ran 100+nights a year.

ORD O'Hare Chicago.
She should have returned this morning from first assignment. Chicago-Dusseldorf with a 24 hour layover in Dusseldorf. Nice first flight!
