What do you guys think about this pipeline in North Dakota? The way I see it, the Feds over stepped their bounds the other day when they stopped it. You can't grant the go ahead for a multi billion dollar project and then make it stop after its 80% done.
My hunch is it will be re-routed after a thorough re evaluation of any possible Indian sites in its way and will be down river of the reservation. Oh and maybe we will see a new casino to sweeten the deal.

As a Native American myself I'm with the locals. The pipeline pulled politics and ran bulldozers through a sacred site...it's not cool.
Was talking to some friends from back home who are impacted and it's like the Lorax...
oh no you didn't.:rotfl:

Remember when that train derailed and blew up a whole town? Tractor trailers jack knifing full of crude ? Pipelines are safer than anything.

My people were from that town.
As long as Warren Buffet's trains haul oil there will be no pipeline. The effected indians were included in the original permitting and WERE in favor...

Ahh. Buffett. That never crossed my mind. He certainly has his fingers in politics and I bet he was instrumental in killing the keystone pipeline
