Aleve Direct Therapy
Google it. Remote controlled electro stimulation (TENS). Lower back. I use it for shoulder area too. About $60.00 Just got it but can see using it on a regular basis.

I picked one up a couple weeks ago - trying it - mixed success but worth the $50

Bayer Back and Body work best for me. I have tried everything. I broke my back ( S1 thru S5) in 1977 in a car accident and have chronic pain. I try to ignore it but jumping greasy bowling balls at the Block last week killed me.

I have tried everything and nothing works well except Opioids and I will not do them.
