Guys .. with this N/E raw weather we had & a sunny day today but N/E again had to gust over 30 .
I was in that marina on the way to C/BW & some guy was telling another fisherman . they were two boats apart ...how good he did outside & showed him what he used & offered to give it to him ................. then I spent some time @ the at the ramp in PJ .............. every boat that came in said they had a good day with Albies .& every rod I saw was setup for albies ......................Yet I rode the beach with the truck & it was snotty out there .>>>>>>>>>>>>I would have bet this past weeks weather would have sent them on their way ..........I know nothing on the habits of albies .......FYI :lasso:

I think the biggest factor is that the water has stayed clean despite some churning seas thanks to the wind direction and there is bait to keep them here...someone was telling me that there is still a ton of adult and peanut bunker in the upper bay....it was the end of October last year when we were still seeing a big exodus of peanuts in the Sakonnet...hopefully this storm will veer off and we'll have a few more good weeks

They were all around Monday, they liked the flukes, wouldn't touch the tins.
I am hoping to give it a shot Friday.
