COSTAL UPWELLING is a topic I seen on tv and i researched it maybe thats why there is so many fish around for august and the beaches are all mung its when the warm top water gets blown out to sea and the cold water comes up from the bottom bringing all kinds of mung

maybe what i have in this area is downwelling... i have been seeing alot of sargasso weed washed up on the beach.
