I bought the bought last summer I have title signed to me and old registration.. what I don't have is a bill of sale.. will I have a problem registering it without a bill of sale? Or should I try and track down old owner to see if he will fill out bill of sale?

You need one in MA for sure, not sure about other states. Track him down or "track him down."
